Return Shipping : We are proud to offer free shipping on all deliveries. Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We strongly do not recommend international returns because:
- International return shipping costs are very high
- Returns take at least 3 months to arrive
- Most returned packages are lost or damaged in transit
Order Processing Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. POD (print-on-demand) or customized items may take longer.
Shipping Cost Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method, and are shown at checkout. Shipping is free on select products and on all domestic orders above ₹2,999.
Customs & Duties We support both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – tax included) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid – tax excluded) methods, depending on the product and destination. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Estimated Delivery After your order ships:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

After-Sales : We take responsibility for damaged or incorrectly sent items. For non-quality-related returns, the buyer bears the return shipping cost.
